5 stars Hello Everyone, I would like to share my experience at this clinic. I had an eye issue where my eyes felt irritated and were producing white discharge (not the mucous yellow type). I'd been suffering from this for the last 5 - 6 months. I didn't know the reason, but the irritation made my eyes extremely sensitive to daylight. Since I'm not from Varanasi, I was really worried. But I got the opportunity to visit and consult with Dr. Rajesh Gupta. I described my problem to him & he listened so gently. His answers made me feel completely at ease. After using the cream and drops he prescribed, my eyes feel literally amazing now ! One thing I like the most Doctor Saheb is incredibly soft spoken and kind. Thank you so much, Doctor Saheb ! So this review is regarding my experience with the place, and also this was my first time experience. So the experience was quite good. The place was clean and properly organized. And apart from that the most important thing for which you are going there, the services, were quite good. Only personally i think some things might need need changes. First of all the seats should be changed to couchy seats as patients may need to wait for a good amount of time for their turn, so until that time they can sit comfortably. And secondly the sigh of 'Reception' should be sticked on the front of the Reception desk so that the incoming people can recognize it easily. Other than these everything else was good. ~ Satya B

I visited this hospital & met Dr Shantanu for Eye check-up as facing complication due to diabetes. I loved the way He welcomed and explains the complications. One of the best place for Eye Treatment - I am writing this review after waiting for 4 months. I had an Uvetis attack in my eyes in sept I met Dr Rajesh he has given me eyedrops but I didnt had the confidence & I consulted the other Dr and my case was ruined and than again I circle back to Shantanu Nethralaya and met Dr Shantanu, he did all the test, he explained everything in detail and with lot of patience. Ultra Professionalism. Even the support staff, they can easily charge me fees in all my visits but they clearly mentioned that no fees required if its within a period. Test Rates are displayed properly. Cleaned & Hygenic place. Very much approachable on Whatsapp to clear all your doubts. As a patient this is the experience which we are looking for. To get this professional experience from small cities is what we are looking for. At the end I just want to say Thanks to Dr Rajesh Sir & Dr Shantanu and entire staff. Shantanu Netralaya I feel is the best clinic in the town..though I didn't visit all the clinics but has a personal experience in this clinic. Doctors at the clinic are experienced and provide excellent treatment for one's eye. They are courteous in their behavior towards their patient and always create positivity among patients. Super experience with Dr santanu sir...my parents is... blind from one eye..and second one losing visions slowly slowly...but Dr santanu advised well so first I one eye with lesar save my parents eyes...then treatment for second eye which is vitreous hammerous.... operation.... reffer by Dr santanu sir...very good place...all behaviour very good .. ~ Raju S
